Bondurant at Inde: Records Broken - 02.23.10

We recently welcomed Bob Bondurant, Ken Thom, Alan Rudolph, Mike McGovern, and Dan Dineson of the Bondurant School of High Performance Driving to IMR.  For Chief Instructors Mike McGovern and Alan Rudolph this was their first visit to Inde.  They brought the Formula Mazda and Z06 from the school to test out the Inde track.  They are unbelievable racers and quickly learned our highly technical 2.75 mile main course.  After lunch, Alan broke our track record with a lap time of 1:51 in the Formula Mazda and Mike broke our record for a production car in the Z06 at 1:58. Bob also got a lot of laps in and was consistenly getting times in the low 2's. 

It's a real honor to have first class people and world class instructors like them at Inde.  We look forward to seeing them around the track more often as we will be announcing a new program with Bondurant at Inde shortly.  Please stay tun ...

Update: Airport Road Improvement Begins - 01.28.10

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Cochise County to substantially improve the current condition of the access road to Inde.  Work will begin this weekend (Jan.30-31) and will entail: ripping, re-grading, compacting, and laying 4" of asphaltic millings over the entire road surface to Inde.  This is going to help us and our neighbors tremendously and we are very grateful that Cochise County has been such a wonderful partner.  Say good-bye to the washboards and the dust!

Opening Day! - 12.17.09

We would like to thank all of you that attended our Opening Day celebration on Saturday December, 12.  We really appreciate you visiting IMR and sharing this special day with us.  We hope you all enjoyed your first Inde experience and we will see at the track again soon!  Overall, the turn-out was great, the weather was perfect, and I think everyone thoroughly enjoyed the track and facilities.  I will be posting some photos in the coming days, but here are 3 videos from Opening Day:

Bob Bondurant Joins Inde Motorsports! - 10.16.09

We are very excited to welcome racing legend Bob Bondurant into the Inde community.  Bob has agreed to become an Honorary Founding Member and we couldn't be happier about having him at the track.  When Bob first visited in late August he was very impressed with the track design, elevation changes, and the overall flow of the track.  We appreciate all of his help and input as we strive to make Inde Motorsports Ranch one of the finest private tracks in the country.
