Membership Incentives through September 30, 2010


Founding Membership

  • One-Time Initiation Fee: $50,000
  • Membership Dues: None for the first year
  • $300 per month thereafter.


Membership Privileges:

    • Limited availability of less than 30 total Founding Members
    • Allowed 18 guests (5 driving guests) per month.
    • Guaranteed access to IMR at all times of operation
    • First Right of Refusal to lease garage units and purchase land parcels when available
    • Only Membership group with ability to transfer membership
    • No session fees for member or driving guest. $200 per driving guest exceeding 5 per month.
    • Priority track reservations and invitations to exclusive Inde events
    • Ability to run with track day groups free of charge
    • Free registration for Bondurant at Inde Program ($1,200 value)
    • Flexible Payment Schedule: Pay Quarterly or Annually over a 2 year period
    • Minimal Down Payment (20%) with a 90 day free look period
    • Use of all IMR facilities, including clubhouse, hangar, runway, observation lounge, etc.


Executive Membership

  • One-Time Initiation Fee: $17,500
  • Membership Dues: $250.00 per month. 6 months free.


Membership Privileges:

    • Allowed 5 guests (2 driving guests) per month
    • Guaranteed access to IMR at all times of operation
    • No session fees for member. Discounted session fees for driving guests ($200).
    • Second Right of Refusal to lease garage units
    • Priority track reservations and invitations to exclusive Inde events
    • Ability to run with track day groups at discounted rates
    • 50% Discount for Bondurant at Inde Program ($600 value)
    • Flexible Payment Schedule: Pay Quarterly or Annually over a 2 year period
    • Minimal Down Payment (30%) with a 90 day free look period
    • Use of all IMR facilities, including clubhouse, hangar, runway, observation lounge, etc.


Basic Membership

  • One-Time Initiation Fee: $8,000
  • Membership Dues: $250.00 per month. 3 months free


Membership Privileges:

    • Allowed 2 guests (1 driving guest) per month
    • No session fees for member and discounted session fees for driving guests ($250)
    • Ability to make track reservations when available and invitations to exclusive Inde events
    • Ability to run with track day groups at discounted rates
    • Ability to lease garage units if available
    • 25% Discount for Bondurant at Inde Program ($300 value)
    • Use of all IMR facilities, including clubhouse, hangar, runway, observation lounge, etc.


Corporate Membership

  • Initiation Fee: $120,000 minimum
  • Membership Dues: $1,000 per month. (Payable quarterly). 6 months free.


Membership Privileges:

    • Allowed 50 guests (12 driving guests) per month. No more than 3 visits per guest per calendar year.
    • Guaranteed access to IMR at all times of operation
    • Four individuals may be designated as members under the Corporate Membership
    • Priority status to lease garage units and purchase land parcels when available
    • No session fees for designated members. Discounted session fees for driving guests ($200).
    • Priority track reservations and invitations to exclusive Inde events
    • Ability to run with track day groups at no additional charge


New Inde Programs Thru September 30, 2010


Inde Annual Pass

  • Annual Pass Fee: $5,000


Inde Annual Pass Privileges:

    • Allowed 1 guest and 1 driving guest ($300 per driver)
    • Free Admission to all Inde Experience Events (6 scheduled events at approx $300 per event = $1800 value)
    • Discounted rates to run with track day groups
    • Ability to make track reservations when available
    • Ability to lease garage space in the "Big Barn" Garage if available.
    • 60% of the Annual Pass Fee can be credited towards a permanent Membership Category
    • 20% Discount for Bondurant at Inde Program ($240 value)


Inde Summer Pass

  • Summer Pass Fee: $2,200


Inde Summer Pass Privileges:

    • This is your chance to have your own private track day at Inde with 8 of your friends, family, and/or clients. We have set aside 6 weekend dates as well as numerous weekdays thru the end of September for availability.

      OR

    • You can reserve 8 track days for yourself thru the end of the year. You will be allowed to bring one guest. Driving guests session fees are $400 per driver.
